'...the Partnership hitherto subsisting and curried on between us the undersigned, Thomas Nicholson and John Walton, as Whitesmiths and Machine-Makers, at Leeds, in the county of York, under the firm of Nicholson and Walton, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
