1904 The company was registered on 19 January, in reconstruction of a company of the same name, to acquire the business of the firm of J. B. Newsome, as manufacturers of woollen goods. [1]

Later taken over by Siemens.[2]

1945 Thomas Henry Newsome, the company MD died age 76.[3]
