1912 Company registered. James Perry (1856- ). 'Quite recently Mr. Perry floated the New Halwyn China Clay Co. at St. Enoder. A lease of the works has been granted by Viscount Falmouth, and a new dry is in course of construction 215 feet long, with a large capacity for drying. It adjoins one of the G.W.R. branch lines near Melangoose Mill. Mr. Perry is the managing director, and his son Mr. A. J. Perry, the secretary.'[1]
