1936 Private company registered to acquire the Nevel Arc Rectifier business of the Electrical Equipment and Carbon Co.[1][2]

By 1956 was a subsidiary of Lancashire Dynamo Holdings

1956 In order to cater for greater demand, sold the Croydon works and opened new Oxted works where Lancashire Dynamo Switchgear was made[3]. New company Lancashire Dynamo Nevelin was formed to include the activities of Nevelin Electric and Lancashire Dynamo Switchgear, which had previously manufactured at Bridgwater[4]

1960 Lancashire Dynamo Nevelin became part of Metal Industries[5]
