1850 Born in Denmark the son of Jochum Jorgensen.

1884 Married Margaret Law

1891 Living in 64 Mount Street, Barrow-in-Furness: Niels Carl Frederick Jochumsen (age 40 born Denmark), Naval Architect. With his wife Margaret Jochumsen (age 29 born Ulveston).[2]

1897 January. Of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Drawings for a steam automobile made by his father in Denmark in early sixties.[3]
