1988 Multiserv Ltd and MultiServ International plc were incorporated

1990 IMS Lycrete Ltd. was renamed Multiserv Ltd.

1990 Transferred the business of IMS Intermetal to Multiserv; closure of various subsidiaries including Lycrete Ltd, Somafer Ltd and Burwood Plant Ltd. The business of Multiserv became provision of management services to a number of companies around the world.[1]

1993 Harsco Corporation acquired the majority of shares in MultiServ International N.V., the parent company

1994 Name changed to Heckett Multiserv plc

1995 Multiserv Ltd. was renamed Heckett Multiserv Ltd. a subidiary of Harsco Corporation of USA
