1888 A final dividend of l.2d. in the pound was declared in the matter of proceedings for liquidation by arrangement or composition with creditors, instituted by Bichard Mountford, Joseph Benjamin Homer, and John Mountford, of Marine Works, Netherton, in the county of Worcester, carrying on there the trades or businesses of Chain, Cable, Anchor, Spade, and Nail Manufacturers in copartnership, under the style or firm of Mountford, Homer, and Mountford.

A final dividend of 5s. 5d. in the pound was also declared on the separate estate of John Mountford, in the matter of proceedings for liquidation by arrangement or composition with creditors[1]
