1919 Moseley Brothers was founded by W. J. Moseley under the name of Midland Manufacturing.

1931 The company was incorporated as Moseley Brothers (Tools) Ltd.

1937 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. A Working Exhibit of Press Tools in production on square steel shells. Users are invited to our Birmingham works, where tools of various descriptions are in course of manufacture. (Stand No. D.417)

1995 The company became a wholly owned subsidiary of The Primat Group. Since that event Moseley Brothers has undergone significant changes and has developed into a specialist manufacturer of press tools as well as offering various other associated services.

  • The company has moved premises three times from its original location in Birmingham. The last move was in 1999, to the current location, a modern manufacturing unit on the Vaughan Trading Estate in the West Midlands.
