'... the Partnership between Henry Mort and John Staniforth, of the Phoenix Works, in Castle Hill, in Sheffield, in the county of York, Edge Tool and Saw Manufacturers and Merchants, carried on under the firm of Mort, Staniforth and Company, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to or from the partnership will be received and paid by the said Henry Mort, who will continue the business on his own account...'[1]
