'... the Copartnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, Stephen Mills and James George Newey, of Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, General Ironmongers, under 'the firm of Mills and Newey, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to or by the the said copartnership will be received and paid by the said Stephen Mills, by whom the said trade will in future be carried on...'[1]
