1896 Incorporated as a Limited Company. The company was registered on 8 October, to take over the businesses of William Middlemore, saddlery and general leather goods manufacturers, and Lamplugh and Co, manufacturers of cycle saddles and accessories. [1]

1914 Army contractors, saddlery and harness manufacturers. Specialities: Horse saddlery, harness and military work, cycle saddles. [3]
