1867 May 1st. Born and baptised on the 12th at Katholisch, Baden-Baden, the son of Johann Falk and his wife Katharina Sekler.

1891 Became naturalised British subject.[1]

1896 Married in Toxteh Park, Liverpool, to Frances Rosenheim

1911 Living at 4 Lambolle Road, Hampstead: Max Falk (age 44 born Germany - naturalised British in 1891), Lamp Manufacturer - Employer - Widower. With his four children; Cecil Falk (age 13 born Hampstead); Geoffry Falk (age 12 born Hampstead); Eric Falk (age 6 born Hampstead); and Doris Falk (age 8 born Hampstead). Four servants.[2]
