1903 Company founded.
1922 Matthew Wylie and Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £50,000, to carry on business as engineers.[2]
1938 "Wylco" Brand Corrugated Fasteners.
1961 Bottle labelling, box-making and plastics processing machinery manufacturers. 200 employees. [3]
1979 The company was dissolved, by which point its name had changed to Duckmill Limited.[4]
