'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, James Massey, Thomas Edwin Bickle, Charles Massey, and Wilfred Aubrey Jones, carrying on business as Engineers, Iron Ship Builders and Repairers, at the Great Western Docks, Plymouth, under the style or firm of Massey and Bickle, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 2nd day of November, 1889, so far as regards the said James Massey and Charles Massey, who retire from the firm...'[1]
