1897 The company was registered on 27 May, to acquire the business of cement manufacturers of a private company of the same name. [1]

1920 Formation of a joint marketing company with APCM, British Portland Cement Manufacturers and Wouldham Cement Co, which would be called the Cement Marketing Co Ltd[2]

1925 The company was absorbed by British Portland Cement Manufacturers which previously held the shares in the company[3]
