1869 From this date Peter Macmuldrow claimed to be the sole proprietor of a much older business.

1916 Macmuldrow and Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £6,000, to take over the business of a timber merchant, sawing and turning mills proprietor, and packing case maker, carried on by P. Macmuldrow in Liverpool as 'Macmuldrow and Co' and the 'City Timber and Saw Mills'.[1]

1927 The company was struck off and dissolved.[2]
