1898 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned William Washington and Harry Johnston, carrying on business as bicycle Manufacturers, at 211, Essex-road, Islington, and 17, Park-street, Camden Town, both in the county of Middlesex, under the style or firm of the Lyric Cycle Works, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 27th day of September, 1898. The said William Washington will henceforth carry on the said business alone at 211, Essex-road aforesaid, under the style of the Lyric Cycle Works, and the said Harry Johnston will henceforth carry on the said business alone at 17, Park-street aforesaid, under style of the Royal Lyric Cycle Works...'[1]
