1863 Company formed by Liverpool shipbuilder Henry Threlfall Wilson. The yard closed in 1870 and Wilson was bankrupt in 1867 and died in 1869.

1870 It was resolved "That the Lune Shipbuilding Company Limited be wound up voluntarily."
