Close, Chartered Accountant, Park Row, Leeds, and the Mortgagee, to Sell by Auction, without reserve,...., THE Valuable ENGINES, BOILERS, SHAFTING, PIPING, CISTERNS, and which include—
A pair of Compound Beam and Horizontal ENGINES, the high-pressure cylinder 22in diam., with 7ft stroke; the low-pressure cylinder 40 diam., with 6ft. 6in. stroke, capable of driving 500 indicated horse power, made by Messrs. Pearson and Spurr and Messrs. Hicks, of Bolton, with all necessary fittings to and from boilers complete, in first-class condition.
Three 40-horse power double-flue and double-riveted Cornish BOILERS, mode from Low Moor and Farnley plates, by Horsfield & Umpleby, fitted with Proctor's patent stokers and movable bars with all necessary fittings and mountings.

1985 The mill is still in existence and occupied by Candida Upholstery.[5]
