1898 July. Advertised the new steam omnibus service that left Marble Arch everyday at 3 o'clock[1]
1898 July. Prospectus for shares. The purpose was to run omnibuses lines of all kinds (steam, motor and electric). Directors are Robert Gresley Hall, Edward H. Bayley, George Iden, J. H. Mace and Thomas Robinson.[2]
1898 November. 1st AGM reported. E. H. Bayley presided.[3]
1899 July. Proposal for re-construction of the company with a name change to the Motor Omnibus and Traction Co.[4]
