1880 Incorporated as the London and District Omnibus Co.

1881 Started horse-bus operation in London. The company introduced garden seats and tickets on buses[1].

The company became the second largest horse bus company in London.

1902 The company's experiments inaugurated the second era of steam buses

1909 Amalgamated with the London General Omnibus Co and Vanguard Motorbus Co
