1904 Dissolution of the Partnership between Edward Arthur Wilson, of Bell-court, Bidford, in the county of Warwick, Cycle Manufacturer, and Arthur Frederick Long Lloyd, of Midland-road, Bedford, in the county of Bedford, Cycle Dealer, carrying on business as Cycle Dealers and Agents, at Bedford aforesaid, under the style or firm of "LLOYD AND CO.," at Luton and St. Albans, in the county of Bedford, under the style or firm of Lloyd, Partridge, and Co.," at Watford, in the county of Herts, under the style or firm of Lloyd, Cooper, and Co., and at Gray's-inn-road, London, under the style or firm of Lloyd's Cycle Stores, and as Tobacconists, at Corporation-street, in the city of Birmingham, under the style or firm of A. Lloyd and Co., as and from the 2nd day of December, 1904, by mutual consent.[1]
