1847 Christopher Leyland retired from the partnership with John Naylor, and Richard Christopher Naylor, as Bankers, at Liverpool, under the firm of Leyland and Bullins[1]

1901 Absorbed by the North and South Wales Bank

1908 Became part of London City and Midland Bank
