1884 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Samuel Lennard and Thomas Wright, carrying on business as Boot and Shoe Manufacturers, at 85, Asylum-street, Leicester, in the county of Leicester, under the style or firm of Lennard and Wright, is dissolved, as from the 16th day of August last, by mutual consent; and that all debts owing to or by the said partnership will be received and paid by the said Samuel Leonard'[1]
