'...the Copartnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, John Lees, Edward Holden, and John Williams, carrying on the trade of Iron Masters, at the Brickhonse Ironworks, in the parish of Westbromwich, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of Lees. Holden, and Co., was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due by or to the said copartnership will be paid and received by Messrs.
