1851 Living at Albion Terrace, Trevthan, Monmouthshire: Lawrence Tipping (age 58 born Matlock), Turnpike Road Surveyor (16 Labourers) and a Widower. With his children Ann Tipping (age 20 born Trevthan), Lawrence Tipping (age 19 born Trevthan), Labourer of Roads, William Tipping (age 17 born Trevthan), Robert Tipping (age 7 born Trevthan). One servant.[1]
