'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, John Herbert Lavender and Leonard Whitehouse, carrying on business as Aluminium, Gun Metal and Phosphor Bronze Founders, at Stafford-street, Wednesbury, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of "LAVENDER & WHITEHOUSE," was dissolved as and from the fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, by mutual consent.
