1893 Business established by William Langlands and James Langlands.

1895 J. and W. Langlands and D. and J. McAinsh amalgamated as Langlands and McAinsh.

1911 Langlands and McAinsh Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to acquire and take over as a going concern the business of timber importers, timber merchants, joiners, case and box makers carried on by Langlands and McAinsh at Seagate Sawmills, Dundee.[1]

1922 Specialised in boxes and cases for brewers, aerated water manufacturers, distillers, confectioners, etc.
