1929 Lamont Spring Wheel Company Limited was incorporated, as a private company with capital of £2,000, 'to manufacture or give out to approved firms for manufacture and to sell a spring wheel for motors, aeroplanes, and other vehicles'.[1]

1941 The company was struck off and dissolved.[2]
