ROTHSCHILD, LIONEL DE.- Born in 1882 and educated at Harrow and Cambridge, Mr. Lionel de Rothschild's principal pursuits and amusements are hunting, shooting, and motoring. The latter he took up in 1900, his first car being a 3 h.p. Ariel tricycle, upon which he covered 1700 miles without a single breakdown. Subsequently he toured through France for over 2000 miles on a 7 h.p. Bardon, and on his 8 h.p. New Orleans of last year he covered 8000 miles. His present vehicles are a 14 h.p. New Orleans and 21 h.p. Humber motor bicycle. His car for the coming spring season is a 20 h.p. Napier.
