Kruschen Salts was put on the British market by E. Griffiths Hughes Ltd., and on the American market by E. Griffiths Hughes, Inc. It was and is a "patent medicine"; for many years was advertised in the British Isles for "removing Uric Acid from the blood" and as a wonderful producer of vim, vigor and vitality[1].
