1994 Acquired Wall's meat products business.

1997 Acquired the Spillers flour milling business including the Homepride flour and brand from Dalgety.

1998 Sold to Tomkins 6 of the flour mills as well as Fleming Howden, the Scottish supplier to bakers, it had acquired from Dalgety[3]

2001 Acquired the Bowyers and Palethorpes pork sausage business and brands.

2005 Acquired Noon Products
