1869 Partnership change. '...t the Copartnership heretofore subsisting beween us the undersigned, James Kenyon, Charles Walmsley, and Edmund Grundy the younger, as Engineers and Tool Makers, in King-street, Bury, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of Kenyon Walmsley and Grundy, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as and from the 30th day of January last. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said James Kenyon and Charles Walmsley, who intend to carry on the said business under the style or firm of Kenyon and Walmsley...'[1]
