Keen and Sons

1742 Keen's Mustard first made by Keen and Sons. The brand was first manufactured and sold in the Garlick Hill area of London[1].

Keen's won medals in London, Paris, Moscow, Australia and Philadelphia and obtained royal warrants to William IV, Queen Victoria and Napoleon III.

1862 Amalgamation with Robinson Belville[2] as Keen, Robinson, Bellville and Co, producer of barley-based drink, and of mustard.

1903 Keen Robinson and Co was acquired by rival mustard-maker Colmans, who continued to use the Keen's brand name in Canada and Australia.
