1892 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Kilbourne Kay and Charles Francis Jones, carrying on business as Wholesale Jewellers, Watch and Clock Manufacturers, Silversmiths, Watch and Clock Factors, General Dealers, and Club Proprietors, at 4, Foregate-street, in the city of Worcester, under the style or firm of Kay, Jones, and Company has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 31st day of December, 1891. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said William Kilbourne Kay...'[1]
