Situated at the junction on New North Road, Exeter and Cowley Bridge Road, Exeter

Inscription is 'In memory of Q. R. Kay of this city and his wife, brothers and sister. Erected by their daughter E. S. Strong.' plus some religious texts.

1915 Erected by Harry Hems and Sons.[1]
