With his wife Elizabeth Southall (age 49 born Boscastle) and their three children; Thomas Joseph Southall (age 21 born Worcester), Engineering Student - Ironfounder; Elizabeth Margaret Southall (age 20 born Worcester); Francis Rowland Southall (age 16 born Worcester). Married 25 years with six children of whom three are living. Two servants.[1]

1931 August 10th. Died, of Enderlie, Selbourne Road, Worcester. Probate to his widow Florence Emily and his son Thomas Joseph Southall, Director.
