'... the Partnerships heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Joseph Jefferson, Lazarus Jefferson and Mordecai Jefferson carrying on the businesses of Engineers Machine Makers, Brass and Iron Founders and Commission Wool Combers at Brownroyd Works, Thornton-road, Bradford in the county of York under the respective styles or firms of Joseph Jefferson and Brothers and the Brownroyd Combing Company have been this day dissolved by mutual consent.
