1931 Joseph Hibbert, Howard and Bullough, Platt Brothers, Brooks and Doxey, Asa Lees and Co, Dobson and Barlow, and John Hetherington and Sons sold their textile machinery making assets to Textile Machinery Makers (TMM) in return for shares.
