1845 Business established by Thomas William Kinder

c1856 The business was moved to Oldbury, near Birmingham

1857 Dissolution of the Partnership between Richard William Johnson and Thomas William Kinder, under the style and firm of the Railway Carriage Company. The business hereafter will be carried on by the said Richard William Johnson, under the style aforesaid, and who is empowered to discharge and to receive all debts due by and to the said copartnership concern.[1]
