1881 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Samuel Whear and John Vivian, at Camborne, in the county of Cornwall, as Gas Works Proprietors, is this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said John Vivian. All debts, moneys, and effects owing to or by the firm will be received and paid by the said Samuel Whear, who will in future carry on the business on his own account...'[1]
