1870 Married(2) in Wandsworth to Maria Coxe (1823–1893)

1871 Living at Streatham Hotel, Leyham Court, Streatham: John Tredwell (age 66 born Devizes), Retired Contractor. With his wife Maria Tredwell (age 47 born Chalford, Glos.). Also his niece Eliza Skelleter (age 25 born Newbury, Berks). One visitor. Nine servants.[1]

1875 December 13th. Died. 'formerly chairman of the Harrogate Waterworks Co.' [2]
