1932 Taken over by Clapham Brothers of Keighley. Centre grinders and internal grinders were to be added to the manufactures of the firm, with hydraulic mechanisms standard on all machines. J. D. Scaife, late of Alfred Herbert and of Ransome and Marles Bearing Co, joined the company as general manager, A. D. Lund, late managing director, would continue to devote his activities to the firm.[1]
1958 Acquired by the Landis Tool Co, name changed to Landis Lund. [2]
