1900 Limited Company incorporated[1], to acquire and carry on the business carried on at Middlesbrough as John Livingston and Sons, and to carry on the business of tube makers, fitting and tuyere coil manufacturers, pipe founders, and motor car manufacturers, iron and steel merchants, &c. The first directors are J. Livingston, J. Livingston, jun. (managing director), and G. T. Livingston.
