1864. Petition. 'John Graham, boilermaker in Gallowgate, Glasgow, to erect a small heating furnace and stalk on plot or steading of ground on the west side of Henrietta Street.'[1]

1871. Bankruptcy. 'Examination of SAMUEL GRAHAM. The bankrupt was designated as a boilermaker, Henrietta Street,Glasgow, and carrying on business there under the name or style of John Graham, boilermaker.'[2]
