Presumably successor to John Giles and Son

1893 John Giles and Sons Ltd was incorporated to acquire the firm of the same name at Birmingham and Bedminster. malleable iron founders, manufacturers and merchants of hob nails, boot protectors, etc. but in the event this take-over did not occur.

1896 Company was incorporated with altered articles.

c.1930 Presumably acquired by Blakey's Boot Protectors of Leeds

1930 An EGM was held at Modder Place, Armley, Leeds, the registered office of the company, to approve a reduction in the capital of the company.

1984 New articles of association were adopted

1985 The name of the company was changed to Bullers (Staffordshire) Ltd which was soon after renamed as John Giles and Sons, a subsidiary of Bullers PLC.

1994 John Giles and Sons Ltd, of Poole, was renamed Windsor Crafts Ltd.
