1859 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Cetta, Thomas Wheelhouse, and Joseph Bercini, carrying on the business of Looking-glass and Barometer Manufacturers, at No. 40, Hatton-garden, in the county of Middlesex, under the style or firm of John Cetta and Company, has been this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as the said John Cetta is concerned. All debts due and owing to or by the said partnership will be received and paid by the said Thomas Wheelhouse and Joseph Bercini, by whom the business will be carried on in future at the same place...'[3]
