1911 Living at 11 Chestnut Avenue, Great Crosby: John B. C. Kershaw (age 48 born Southport), Analytical Chemist and Journalist. With his wife Edith M. Kershaw (age 34 born Manchester) and their daughter Joan Kershaw (age 4 born Crosby). Two servants.[1]

1934 Notice about the will of Martha Constance Jane Kershaw, a Spinster, which was proved by John Baker Cannington Kershaw.[2]

1943 November 25th. Died. Notice about his estate. Of Glenmore Lodge, Wellington Square, Cheltenham.[3]
