'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Charles Coxeter the elder, Charles Coxeter the younger, and Job Coxeter, all of Abingdon, in the county of Berks, Ironmongers, Stationers, Hardwaremen, Furniture Dealers, Marine Store and General .Dealers, has been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts and liabilities of the Partnership will be discharged by,and all accounts should be paid to, the said Job Coxeter and Charles Henry Coxeter, by whom the business will be carried on...'
