1958 Jane Seymour was a subsidiary of J. C. and J. Field Ltd; it owned all the shares in Goya. J. C. and J. Field Ltd was then acquired by E. Griffiths Hughes of Manchester[1].

The Jane Seymour and D. R. Collins subsidiaries were to be sold to Douglas Collins, the chairman of Fields, and his family.

1969 Goya sold the Jane Seymour cosmetics business to Rimmel[2]
